Taking part

Support towards work, education and daytime activities

A day with routine and a place where you take part gives you something to hold on to. We support you step by step towards volunteering, education, work or meaningful daytime activities.

    Who is it for?

For adults aged 18 and over who want to take part (again), but don't know where to start.

    • You have been at home for a long time and your days all look the same.
    • You want to work or study, but earlier attempts got stuck.
    • You have just left detention or a hospital stay and want a fresh start.
    • You have a job, but keeping it up is still hard.

From first step to a steady place

We start small and build on what works.

    1. Building routine

Getting up on time, planning your day and keeping appointments.

    2. Finding what fits

We look at your talents, interests and possibilities.

    3. Finding a place

Together we look for volunteering, education, work or daytime activities. We come along to an intake if you want.

    4. Keeping it up

Once you have started, we stay involved until things go well.

Working with employers and day programmes

If you want, we stay in touch with your employer, school or day programme.

We also help you with questions about work or benefits in your contact with the municipality. You stay in charge: you decide who is told what.

    Your fixed support worker

One fixed support worker who knows you and what you have already achieved.

    Who supports you?

Jermaine Sprott, founder of ZorgtVuldig, provides the support himself, is your fixed point of contact and agrees with you who supports you. He has worked in care for almost ten years, including in a forensic psychiatric hospital (TBS clinic) and with former detainees. Besides himself, affiliated care professionals work with us, such as Thom Kamminga, who has more than ten years of experience.

    Frequently asked questions

Is this the same as re-integration through the UWV?

No. Re-integration through the UWV is for people returning to work after illness. We support adults with complex needs towards meaningful daytime activities, volunteering, education or work.

How is this support paid for?

Usually from your PGB, like our other support. The funding page explains how that works.

    Personal contact

Want to know if this suits you?
