Who we support

    Support for autism

With autism, daily life can take a lot of energy. Changes, stimuli and unexpected appointments make it hard. We support you at home, with fixed agreements and one permanent support worker.

    Who is this support for?

For adults aged 18 and over with autism (ASD) who need support at home to keep life manageable.

    • You quickly become overstimulated or exhausted.
    • Planning and starting tasks is difficult.
    • Unexpected changes throw your day off.
    • Contact with organisations or neighbours causes stress.

    What do we help with?

    • A daily and weekly structure that suits your energy
    • Preparing for appointments and changes
    • Housekeeping and paperwork in fixed steps
    • Contact with organisations, work or education
    • Recognising overstimulation and what helps you then

    How we work

Predictable and clear. You know in advance when we come and what we will do.

We stick to agreements and let you know in time if something changes. We say what we mean, without detours. You help decide how contact works: at home, outside, or sometimes by phone or message.

    How is it paid for?

From a personal budget (PGB) under the Wmo or the Wlz. With a PGB you choose your own support worker.

    Who supports you?

You have one permanent support worker, so you do not have to keep getting used to new people.

    Who supports you?

Jermaine Sprott, founder of ZorgtVuldig, provides the support himself, is your fixed point of contact and agrees with you who supports you. He has worked in care for almost ten years, including in a forensic psychiatric hospital (TBS clinic) and with former detainees. Besides himself, affiliated care professionals work with us, such as Thom Kamminga, who has more than ten years of experience.

    Frequently asked questions

Do you need an autism diagnosis?

A diagnosis is not always needed. For an indication, the municipality or care office will ask about your situation. We help you prepare for that conversation.

Can support also take place outside the home?

Yes. We can meet at a place that feels calm to you, or go to an appointment together.

Do you offer treatment for autism?

No. We offer support in daily life. If you have a therapist, we are happy to work together.

    Personal contact

Want to know if this suits you?

Feel free to call me or send a message. In a short conversation we look together at what you need. After that you know where you stand.
