Who we support
Living independently again after admission or homelessness
After an admission, a stay in a shelter or a time on the streets, your own home is a big step. We help you make it a home and keep it, with one permanent support worker.
Who is this support for?
For adults aged 18 and over who are (again) going to live independently and need support with it.
- You are leaving a clinic, sheltered housing or a shelter.
- You have been homeless and now have a home.
- You want to avoid losing your home.
What do we help with?
- Furnishing and maintaining your home
- Arranging rent, energy and insurance
- Income and keeping track of bills
- A daily rhythm and daytime activities
- Contact with neighbours, landlord and organisations
How we work
At first we come more often, then we scale down when things go well.
Together we make a plan with achievable goals. If something does not work, we look for another approach together. We work with your landlord or housing association if that helps you keep your home.
How is it paid for?
From a personal budget (PGB) under the Wmo or the Wlz. With a PGB you choose your own support worker.
Who supports you?
Your support worker is your fixed point of contact, also for the landlord or organisations if you want.

Who supports you?
Jermaine Sprott, founder of ZorgtVuldig, provides the support himself, is your fixed point of contact and agrees with you who supports you. He has worked in care for almost ten years, including in a forensic psychiatric hospital (TBS clinic) and with former detainees. Besides himself, affiliated care professionals work with us, such as Thom Kamminga, who has more than ten years of experience.

Do you help with finding a home?
We can help you register and with conversations with the housing association. We cannot promise to arrange a home.
Can you help with debts?
We help you get an overview and find the right help. We are not a financial administrator and do not provide debt counselling.
How long does support last?
That depends on your goals and your indication. We regularly discuss together how things are going.
