Complaints procedure & Privacy
Here you can read how to file a complaint and how we handle your data.
The official complaints procedure and privacy statement documents are only available in Dutch.
Complaints procedure
At ZorgtVuldig, we consider it important that our services meet your expectations. However, it may happen that you are dissatisfied with something. We take complaints seriously and see them as an opportunity to improve our care.
Filing a complaint
A complaint can easily be filed by email or by phone. We encourage you to raise any dissatisfaction as soon as possible, so that we can find a solution together.
Handling of the complaint
After receiving your complaint, we will contact you as soon as possible. We listen to your story and look for a suitable solution together. You will receive a written decision on your complaint within six weeks, as required by the Dutch Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz). If we need more time, we will tell you why. The period is then extended by no more than four weeks.
Independent support
If we cannot resolve it together, you can get free help from an independent complaints officer of Erisietsmisgegaan.nl. If that does not solve it, you can submit the complaint to the Disputes Committee of Erisietsmisgegaan.nl, recognised under registration number CIBG/EGi 27349.2. You can do this up to one year after you submitted your complaint to us.
We are affiliated with erisietsmisgegaan.nl
You can reach the helpdesk on working days at 035-2031585 or via the online complaints form
We strive to learn from every complaint and to continuously improve our services.
