ZorgtVuldig supports adults aged 18 and over with complex needs, at home and in the community. You have one fixed support worker. Choose the type of support that fits your situation below.
Four types of support
These often overlap. In that case we make one plan together.
Ambulatory support
Help at home with your daily routine, housing, appointments and contact with agencies.
