Personal budget
Ambulatory support with a PGB
With a personal budget (PGB) you choose who supports you. Would you like that to be ZorgtVuldig? We help you with the application and the care agreement, and support you at home in Friesland.
What is a PGB?
A PGB is a budget from the municipality (Wmo) or the care office (Wlz) with which you buy your own care.
The money does not go to your own account. The Social Insurance Bank (SVB) manages the budget and pays your care provider. You, or your representative, are the budget holder.
Which assessment do you need?
A Wmo decision for support from your municipality, or a Wlz assessment from the CIZ.

Frequently asked questions
Can I choose ZorgtVuldig with a PGB?
Yes. With a PGB you choose your own care provider. Together we draw up a care agreement covering the type of support, the number of hours and the rate. The SVB then pays ZorgtVuldig from your budget.
What does support under a PGB include?
Support helps you manage your daily life yourself: structure, practical skills, paperwork and contacts. What exactly is allowed is stated in your assessment or decision. If in doubt, let us know and we will check it together.
What does it cost?
Support is paid from your PGB. With a Wmo provision or Wlz assessment, the CAK may ask for a personal contribution. You can read how much on hetcak.nl.
