Who we support
Support during recovery from addiction
After addiction treatment, the real work often starts at home. A new rhythm, other contacts and dealing with difficult moments. We help you keep up your recovery.
Who is this support for?
For adults aged 18 and over who are recovering from addiction and need support at home.
- You have completed treatment or are still in it.
- You want to build a daily rhythm without using.
- You want to prevent relapse.
- Your addiction has put money, housing or relationships under pressure.
What do we help with?
- A daily rhythm and meaningful daytime activities
- Recognising risky moments, with a relapse prevention plan
- Keeping track of money and paperwork
- A network that supports your recovery
- Contact with your therapist, with your permission
When is our support not a good fit?
If an active addiction is in the foreground, treatment is needed first.
We offer support, not addiction treatment. Are you currently using and not yet in treatment? Then contact your GP or addiction care. Feel free to call us to think along.
How is it paid for?
From a personal budget (PGB) under the Wmo or the Wlz. With a PGB you choose your own support worker.
Who supports you?
You have one permanent support worker who knows you and knows your risky moments.

Who supports you?
Jermaine Sprott, founder of ZorgtVuldig, provides the support himself, is your fixed point of contact and agrees with you who supports you. He has worked in care for almost ten years, including in a forensic psychiatric hospital (TBS clinic) and with former detainees. Besides himself, affiliated care professionals work with us, such as Thom Kamminga, who has more than ten years of experience.

Do I have to have stopped completely?
The addiction must not be in the foreground. Recovery does not always go in a straight line; we discuss a relapse together, also with your therapist.
Do you offer treatment?
No. Treatment is provided by addiction care. We help you at home to keep up your recovery.
What happens after a relapse?
We discuss honestly what happened and what you need. If more care is needed, we arrange it together with your therapist.
Personal contact
Want to know if this suits you?
Feel free to call me or send a message. In a short conversation we look together at what you need. After that you know where you stand.
